Josh Caplan

Josh Caplan transitioned from a successful career in advertising sales management with Time Warner Cable to the non-profit world where he has leveraged his marketing, sales, and management expertise first as the Director of Development and Community Relations for Manhattan Day School, and most recently as Executive Director at Teach NJ, a division of the Orthodox Union which advocates for increased nonpublic school funding. During his tenure, Teach NJ successfully doubled school security funding and just recently passed an historic bill providing funding to nonpublic schools for STEM education.

Josh has served in various leadership roles in RPRY including serving as a member of the Executive Board and Board of Directors. He also co-chaired the RPRY Scholarship Breakfast for over ten years and was active in creating the first RPRY Golf Outing.

Josh and his wife Naomi have been active members of the Highland Park Edison community for 33 years. Josh and Naomi are proud parents of four RPRY graduates (Ariel, Rachel, Daniel and Yair) and grandparents of Emunah and Tehilla, who live in Israel.
