Head of School
Rabbi Ribalt is a graduate of Yeshiva University. He pursued advanced rabbinical studies at YU for three years and then earned semicha Yoreh Yoreh from Yeshiva Madreigas HaAdam under Rabbi Faskowitz. He has an M.S. in Jewish education from the Azrieli Graduate School, a certificate in leadership and administration from YU, and a certificate in the art of leadership from Harvard University’s Principal Center.
Josh Caplan transitioned from a successful career in advertising sales management with Time Warner Cable to the non-profit world where he has leveraged his marketing, sales, and management expertise first as the Director of Development and Community Relations for Manhattan Day School, and most recently as Executive Director at Teach NJ, a division of the Orthodox Union which advocates for increased nonpublic school funding. During his tenure, Teach NJ successfully doubled school security funding and just recently passed an historic bill providing funding to nonpublic schools for STEM education.
Principal of Judaic Studies and Early Childhood
Rabbi Einzig began his career as a Judaic Studies teacher at North Shore Hebrew Academy. He holds a Master's Degree in Education from City College of New York and received Semicha from the Rabbi Isaac Elchanan Theological Seminary at Yeshiva University. Earlier in his career, Rabbi Einzig had the opportunity to serve in similar administrative roles at the H.F. Mrs. Chana Luchins is the principal of General Studies at Rabbi Pesach Raymon Yeshiva. She is a New York and New Jersey certified teacher and a New Jersey certified supervisor who holds a Master's Degree in Special Education from the Graduate School of Education at Touro College and a Supervisory Certificate from the Rutgers Graduate School of Education. Mrs. Claire Kagel joins the RPRY staff with more than 20 years of teaching experience. She has worked at Kushner Yeshiva Academy, Yeshiva at the Jersey Shore and most recently at Yeshiva Bais Hillel in Passaic. Morah Shoshana teaches 6th grade girls Judaic studies, 8th grade Ivrit and serving in the Think Tank. Marla Liebhaber has been teaching at RPRY for 25 years! She holds a Masters Degree in Elementary Education from The College of New Jersey, and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from SUNY Albany. Ms. Liebhaber currently teaches 5th grade math, social studies, language arts, and science.
Middle School Social Studies and 6th Grade Science Teacher
Emily Menasha has over 21 years experience as a classroom teacher, 17 of which have been as a classroom teacher at RPRY! She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Yeshiva University's Stern College for Women and a Master's Degree in Reading and Literacy from Bank Street College of Education. Emily Menasha has taught kindergarten, first grade and fourth grades. She currently teaches third grade general studies subjects and middle school social studies. Emily and her husband, Ben, have two daughters both of whom are current students at RPRY.
Morah Hadas received teacher certification through the Israel Defence Forces and continued her studies to specialize in Early Childhood Education. She has several years of teaching experience in addition to experience in informal educational settings.

Debbie Wasserman holds a bachelor's degree in sociology from Barnard College and an MSW degree from New York University. She received her master's in teaching from Johns Hopkins University. Debbie previously taught at Berman Hebrew Academy in Maryland before joining RPRY.
1st Grade Judaic Studies Teacher
Mrs. Elke Weintraub has over thirty years of experience in the field of education. She holds a Hebrew Teacher's Degree from Beth Jacob Teacher's Seminary and a Torah U'Mesorah Hebrew Teacher's license. She attended Brooklyn College with a major in math and a minor in education. Morah Elke joined the RPRY family in 1985 after teaching at Hillel Academy in Pittsburgh, PA.
