Head of School
Rabbi Loew has an MS in Jewish Education from the Azrieli Institute for Jewish Education, and rabbinic ordination from the Rabbi Isaac Elchanan Theological Seminary of Yeshiva University. Most recently he served as the Principal of the Seattle Hebrew Academy in Seattle, Washington. Previously he served as Head of School at the Hebrew High School of New England for nine years.
Josh Caplan transitioned from a successful career in advertising sales management with Time Warner Cable to the non-profit world where he has leveraged his marketing, sales, and management expertise first as the Director of Development and Community Relations for Manhattan Day School, and most recently as Executive Director at Teach NJ, a division of the Orthodox Union which advocates for increased nonpublic school funding. During his tenure, Teach NJ successfully doubled school security funding and just recently passed an historic bill providing funding to nonpublic schools for STEM education.
Principal of Judaic Studies and Early Childhood
Rabbi Einzig began his career as a Judaic Studies teacher at North Shore Hebrew Academy. He holds a Master's Degree in Education from City College of New York and received Semicha from the Rabbi Isaac Elchanan Theological Seminary at Yeshiva University. Earlier in his career, Rabbi Einzig had the opportunity to serve in similar administrative roles at the H.F. Mrs. Chana Luchins is the assistant principal of General Studies at Rabbi Pesach Raymon Yeshiva. She is a consummate educator with over twenty years of experience in the field of education, working with students from Early Childhood through Grade 12, in both General and Judaic Studies. Shoshana Madsen is responsible for admissions and community engagement for RPRY. Rivka Abrahams holds a master's degree in special education from Hunter College Graduate School of Education and has had a variety of employment experiences in special education.
6th Grade Language Arts Teacher, Think Tank Learning Specialist
Ally Cooper received a bachelor's degree from Boston University and holds a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education from Hunter College. Additionally, Ally is certified in Montessori Education at the Elementary level. She is thrilled to have joined the RPRY family in 2018 (as a parent as well as a faculty member!) and enjoys working with her students every day.

Morah Shoshana teaches 6th grade girls Judaic studies, 8th grade Ivrit and serving in the Think Tank. As an alumna of RPRY herself, as well as a current parent, Morah Shoshana is excited to join the RPRY faculty. Michael Kyriacou holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Physical Education & Health from Kean University. Michael Kyriacou joined the RPRY family in 2016. He currently teaches Upper School Physical Education. In addition, he assists Mr. McNamara’s Lower School Physical Education classes.

Marla Liebhaber has been teaching at RPRY for 25 years! She holds a Masters Degree in Elementary Education from The College of New Jersey, and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from SUNY Albany. Ms. Liebhaber currently teaches 5th grade math, social studies, language arts, and science.
Physical Education Teacher
Brian McNamara has been teaching Physical Education for 12 years. He previously taught in public schools for a number of years, and has been teaching at RPRY for the last 7. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Physical Education and Health from William Paterson University.
Middle School Social Studies and 6th Grade Science Teacher
Emily Menasha has over 21 years experience as a classroom teacher, 17 of which have been as a classroom teacher at RPRY! She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Yeshiva University's Stern College for Women and a Master's Degree in Reading and Literacy from Bank Street College of Education. Emily Menasha has taught kindergarten, first grade and fourth grades. She currently teaches third grade general studies subjects and middle school social studies. Emily and her husband, Ben, have two daughters both of whom are current students at RPRY.

Debbie Wasserman holds a bachelor's degree in sociology from Barnard College and an MSW degree from New York University. She received her master's in teaching from Johns Hopkins University. Debbie previously taught at Berman Hebrew Academy in Maryland before joining RPRY.

Mrs. Elke Weintraub has over thirty years of experience in the field of education. She holds a Hebrew Teacher's Degree from Beth Jacob Teacher's Seminary and a Torah U'Mesorah Hebrew Teacher's license. She attended Brooklyn College with a major in math and a minor in education. Morah Elke joined the RPRY family in 1985 after teaching at Hillel Academy in Pittsburgh, PA.
