Walk United with Hatzolah for Ukrainian Refugees

Walk United with Hatzolah for Ukrainian Refugees

Dear RPRY Parents and Staff,

Today, we kicked off RPRY’s WALK UNITED, a fundraiser for United Hatzalah’s Operation Orange Wings, which provides humanitarian support for Ukrainian refugees. From April 11-13, middle school students will be walking laps during their gym classes to raise money for Ukrainian refugees, many of whom have had to walk to their freedom.

We were honored to have two amazing speakers at our kickoff today who shared their experiences on the ground in Moldova with United Hatzalah: Yael Pearlman, project manager at United Hatzalah in Israel, and Avi Tobias, a former RPRY parent who volunteered. We were so proud of our students as they listened with great interest and compassion.

Please join our effort by making a donation to this campaign and by encouraging your child to respectfully request support from family and friends. Donations can be made via our campaign page on United Hatzalah’s website: https://israelrescue.org/RPRYWalkUnited.

Our goal is to raise $3,600 for Operation Orange Wings, and we are thrilled to announce that if we meet this goal, a generous local donor will match our donations! If each one of our students brings in just $36, we will meet our goal!

Thank you for your help and support.
