Rabbi Michael Ribalt

Head of School

Rabbi Ribalt is a graduate of Yeshiva University. He pursued advanced rabbinical studies at YU for three years and then earned semicha Yoreh Yoreh from Yeshiva Madreigas HaAdam under Rabbi Faskowitz. He has an M.S. in Jewish education from the Azrieli Graduate School, a certificate in leadership and administration from YU, and a certificate in the art of leadership from Harvard University’s Principal Center.

Executive Director

Josh Caplan transitioned from a successful career in advertising sales management with Time Warner Cable to the non-profit world where he has leveraged his marketing, sales, and management expertise first as the Director of Development and Community Relations for Manhattan Day School, and most recently as Executive Director at Teach NJ, a division of the Orthodox Union which advocates for increased nonpublic school funding. During his tenure, Teach NJ successfully doubled school security funding and just recently passed an historic bill providing funding to nonpublic schools for STEM education.

Rabbi Joshua Einzig

Principal of Judaic Studies and Early Childhood

Rabbi Einzig began his career as a Judaic Studies teacher at North Shore Hebrew Academy. He holds a Master's Degree in Education from City College of New York and received Semicha from the Rabbi Isaac Elchanan Theological Seminary at Yeshiva University. Earlier in his career, Rabbi Einzig had the opportunity to serve in similar administrative roles at the H.F. Principal of General Studies

Mrs. Chana Luchins is the principal of General Studies at Rabbi Pesach Raymon Yeshiva.  She is a New York and New Jersey certified teacher and a New Jersey certified supervisor who holds a Master's Degree in Special Education from the Graduate School of Education at Touro College and a Supervisory Certificate from the Rutgers Graduate School of Education.
