IMPORTANT NOTES:
- After School Classes run for 10 weeks, with the exception of Mad Science, & Aviation Club, and Making Magic, which run for 8 weeks.
- During the “late stay” period, we are offering some excellent classes geared for the younger child. Students traveling by bus will make it to their bus on time. Many new classes are being offered as well as old favorites…don’t miss out on your chance – register now!
- Regarding Nursery students age 4+: We have some lovely classes that are geared toward the young children such as Karate, Dynamic Fit Kids, Fun Art & Yogarate.
- AFTER CARE is available Monday - Thursday until 6:00pm. Call for rates. We pride ourselves on our flexibility!
DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION IS, FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 12, 2010.
CLASSES BEGIN ON MONDAY, FEBRUARY 22, 2010.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
- As enrollment is limited, registration will be on a first come, first served basis.
- In the event a program does not achieve the minimum enrollment, your check will be returned. If space is still available, you will be encouraged to select an alternate program.
- Once a program begins, we regret that refunds will not be possible. Neither withdrawal from the program nor missed sessions will entitle the participant to either full or partial refund.
- The participants are expected to behave in a responsible and appropriate manner, contribute positively, and help to leave the facility as neat and as clean as they find it.
- PAYMENT IN FULL must accompany application.
- Classes that are canceled by unforeseen circumstances will be made up at the end of the semester.
- Each child must be picked up within 10 minutes of the close of the program, otherwise there is a $8.50 After Care fee.
- You are responsible for making arrangements if for some reason you cannot provide transportation.
