About Us 
The Board of Education shall have Authority over all matters of an educational or religious nature including instruction, curriculum, hiring and supervising of educational staff. While “matters of an educational or religious nature” is intended to be defined broadly, certain matters, such as setting of tuition, fixing the budgetary line for educational staff salaries, setting the amount available for scholarship, while having educational effect, are primarily of a financial nature, and shall be the province of the Board of Directors. Fundraising by students, participation of students in community activities as Yeshiva representatives, negotiating salaries of individual teachers (within the budgetary limits), while having a financial and community relations effect, shall be the province of the Board of Education.
